e Upon receiving the tracking details, kindly allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking details to appear on the courier's website.

 

e We take no responsibility in delays and issues on delivery associated with incomplete shipping address and contact information provided on the order form.

e Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time by our courier.

e If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
