Your order will be processed & shipped in 1-2 business days after payment. No shipping on weekends/holidays.
Delivery lead time:
Metro Manila Order: 2-5 business days
Provincial Orders: 5-7 business days
International Postal Service: 2-3 Business Weeks

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We make sure that the items are in perfect condition upon shipping. Nevertheless, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery upon approval of return. After 10 days all sales are final.
Items must be returned in unused & original condition, with tags, packaging and receipt included. You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. We are not responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns.
Please send us an email at email@example.com and wait for our confirmation. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return/refund to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
Due to the high cost of logistics costs, we currently do not offer returns and exchanges. We can issue store credit or refunds due to product damage issues upon shipping only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our sizes run small and most of the time, we recommend clients to size up. Please refer to the individual product pages for their respective size charts.
